STUFFED MUSHROOMS
8 to 12 medium to large mushrooms 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Mince stems. Mix minced stems with garlic salt, parmesan, and cream cheese. Fill caps with mixture. Bake on a buttered baking sheet or dish at 350 for 15 minutes.
