Stuffed Mushrooms

8 oz cream cheese with salmon
1-2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 dozen large mushrooms, stems removed
havarti or muenster cheese, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
chopped garlic
soy sauce
wine (optional)
broth

Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese with cream cheese. Blend the
dry ingredients in slowly while blending until till you get a dry
(but not crumbly) mixture.

Fill the inside of the mushroom with mixture. Place a cube of
havarti on top. Add more stuffing around and over the cube of
cheese, until covered. Pack the stuffing firmly.

Roll the breaded parts of the mushrooms in more parmesan and/or
breadcrumbs. In a baking dish place oil, garlic soy and wine.
Place in the mushrooms.

Gently pour in enough brogh so it nearly covers the mushroom caps.
Bake covered at 350 for 30-40 minutes
